Call for Abstracts – 58th Annual Conference
The Call for Abstracts invites researchers, clinicians, and scholars in the neurosciences to submit original and unpublished work that advances understanding, diagnosis, and management of neurological disorders. Submissions should reflect innovative research, clinical insights, or interdisciplinary approaches that contribute to improving neurological science and patient care.

Submission Guideline(s)
Word Count: Maximum of 250 words.
Structure: Background, Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Review: Submissions will be evaluated by the CME/Evaluation Committee.
Notification: Authors will receive acceptance or rejection within 4 weeks of submission.
Deadline: 1st December 2025, 12:00 Noon.

Presentation Format: Oral presentation (PowerPoint via Zoom).
Eligibility: Abstract must be original, not previously published or presented, and should be relevant to the conference theme or sub-themes.
Authorship: Presenting author must register for the conference; author and corresponding author details must be included.

Formatting Instruction(s)
Language: English only.
Title: Concise, in sentence case (e.g. Clinical outcomes for abdominal hysterectomy in a hospital setting).
Authors: List presenting author first, up to six authors per abstract (initials + surname, with affiliations and city/country).
Abbreviations: Use standard abbreviations, define at first mention.
Word Limits: Title ≤ 20 words; Abstract ≤ 250 words.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Presenters, authors, reviewers, and planners must declare any potential conflicts to ensure scientific integrity and transparency.
Review Process
The Scientific Committee will assess abstracts for quality, relevance, and suitability for oral presentation.
